For over 20 years, Chef Ali Elsayed has made it his mission to redefine Egyptian cuisine. As the first North African business owner on what is now recognized as "Little Egypt", Ali has created a welcoming environment for all to enjoy the dishes passed down to him from his family. His goal has always been to teach others through taste, combining history lessons, spices, and charisma for all to leave a little wiser.
